The site was narrow, so the clubhouse was located at the front of the site as a ‘gateway’ through which people traveled into and out of the property. Monarch 544 features two and four bedroom units with bed/ bath parity in four-story wood frame buildings. Also featured is a detached two-level clubhouse including a leasing office, gaming and gathering area, tanning rooms, computer rooms, and an internet café.
