A 56 unit Family Affordable Housing project in North Charleston, South Carolina, Harbour Station features direct access two and three-bedroom units in two-story private entry building types. Also featured is a stand-alone clubhouse area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, and a laundry area. Additional on-site amenities include a gazebo and a playground area. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits, centrally located in the heart of North Charleston with street setbacks to enhance privacy.
