Crescent Villas II is the second phase of Senior Affordable Housing in Florence, South Carolina. Crescent Villas feature one and two-bedroom units in a three-story conditioned corridor building type. Also featured is an attached clubhouse and amenity area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, reading room, game room, and a laundry area. Outside covered pavilion. Interior individual storage areas are located throughout. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits.
