GUARDIAN ANGEL VILLA
Guardian Angel Villa is an 81-unit senior affordable housing project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Guardian Angel Villa features one and two-bedroom units in a three-story conditioned corridor building type. Also featured is an attached clubhouse and amenity area that includes a large outdoor deck, computer center, package receiving area, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, reading room, game room, and laundry area on each floor. Exterior on-site amenities include a gazebo, walking trail, and individual garden plots. Interior-furnished gathering areas are located throughout. The project is funded with NCHFA tax credits.
