Also featured is a stand-alone clubhouse area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, and a laundry area. Additional on-site amenities include a gazebo and a playground area. The projects funded with NCHFA tax credits and was a 2016 USDA Rural Development Community Award Winner.
